Jo Natauri

Jo Natauri has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare investment industry and has been working at Goldman Sachs since 2006. She is currently a partner and the global head of private healthcare and investing at Goldman Sachs. Jo is also the lead investor for Launch with GS, a $500 million Goldman Sachs initiative to narrow the gender gap in investing, and serves on the committees for Corporate Investment and Sustainable Investing at Goldman. Jo’s previous roles at Goldman include VP in 2006, promotion to managing director in 2008, and she made partner in 2012. She worked as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank before joining Goldman Sachs.

In May 2023, Jo was honored by the Red Door Community at their annual Celebrating Women Working & Living with Cancer Benefit Luncheon. Jo is a board member of Safe Horizon, a prominent non-profit organization that provides support for victims of violence and works to prevent crime and abuse. In 2021, Safe Horizon presented Jo with the “Champion” honor. She sits on the board of the global payment platform, Flywire. In 2020, Buyouts magazine named Jo one of the ten women rockstars in private equity. She also part of the management team for Parexel.

Jo earned her BA in Economics and Biology from the University of Virginia, after graduating from high school at the age of 16 with advanced placement credits that fulfilled two years of college requirements. During her pre-med studies, Jo discovered a deeper interest in the business aspects of healthcare and chose that career path.
